Estero

The Vineyard ministries started working in colonia Estero in January, 2001. Construction on a new church and feeding center was started about a year and a half later, and the first service was held on March 9, 2003. Addition of a new wing was completed about 6 months later.

The leaders of this community centre are Victor & Beti Cardenas. They are very busy with the children’s program and feeding on Saturday as well as an active Women’s Bible Study on Friday. Sunday service is held at 5pm, and Bible studies are held every Saturday morning. A children’s program and feeding program are held every Saturday morning. Estero also holds occassional DIF (Mexican socila service agency) sponsored programs at the church building such as hair cutting and baking classes.
