Next time you are in Mazatlan for a week or more, you might consider giving a few hours or days to one of our programs. We are always looking for volunteers and our ministry depends on people just like you. We would love to have you give us a hand and be a part of our growing community people wanting to make a difference in the lives of families here in Central Mexico. Here are a few ways you can get involved:
This is an experience that will forever change your life. During the high season (approximately November to May), trips to the various Vineyard ministries are offered on Tuesday and Thursdays. Join us in the back room of the church to prepare sandwiches for the people who work at the city dump. The sandwiches and cold water are taken to the city dump where the group hands them to the dump scroungers. We all board a bus and take our visitors to some of our Community and feeding centers to show and explain our many ministries.
If you are interested in taking part in the tour, please be at the church at 8:50 a.m. on your chosen day.
Tours run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm. (end times vary)
(Please check with the office for the summer schedule)
For your safety please wear closed toe shoes.
Each week we operate a number of feeding programs and Bible lessons. Join us in sharing Gods love with the children in our Community Centers of Hope. Meet at the front of the church office ready to depart at the scheduled time. Contact the office or visit inside the main lobby for all the locations and times.
Many hands make work light, and we encourage you to give a bit of your time to allow for this ministry to run smoothly. Listed are various ways you can get involved during the week.
If you would like to volunteer and help us, please fill out an application and email it as an attachment to our office (email@example.com). We will contact you to discuss where you can help.
We do have other more specific needs; so if you have a special skill that you would like to offer, please communicate this on your application.
