Christmas 2022 was a special time for the children in our Community Centers. Those who are sponsored recived a package of school supplies. We also gave the sponsored children diplomas. 3 of our Centers were blessed with donated gifts, aprox. 100 per center! Other centers collected toys and at the Christmas Party distributed them to the children.
The parties, called posadas here in Mexico included more than gifts and the school supplies, they included piñatas, candy bags, clowns, cake and of course yummy food. It ruely was a special time for the children. The posadas were paid for by our children's sponsors from our Vineyard Child Sponsorship(VCS) Program. Below are some photos of the Posadas.
