Vina Mazatlan Happenings in May

One might think that since most of our American and Canadian friends have gone back North for the summer that things are quieter in Mazatlan. However, that could not be further from the truth. We have been busy with Mother's Day celebrations, conferences, Five Cities Vineyard Mission Team, along with our regular ministry activities.

In our Community Centers of Hope, we showed our appreciation for the moms that serve faithfully each week. On May 22nd the Five Cities Vineyard Mission team helped us pamper the moms with haircuts, manicures and pedicures.

The community of Barron, one of the towns that has offered us land, welcomed the Five Cities Vineyard team and Vineyard Mazatlan Staff for a cook out(mobile ktichen), haircuts, nail painting and fellowship. This was our first event in Barron and it was a success.

Our youth gathered for a conference lead by Javier Diaz, local former professional surfer, now surf instructor and pastor.
